terms of service

        These terms of service are issued by Rongjiada International Logistics (Shantou) Co., LTD. (rongjiada International Logistics (Shantou) Co., LTD., referred to as our company). These Terms of Service are made on the date of signature by the sender, and the parties are our company and the sender, and both parties are bound by these Terms of Service. For the purpose of this article, "shipments" shall mean goods that have arrived at our company or are collected by our staff, and the limitation of liability in this Article shall apply to each shipment. If the sender requires a greater degree of protection, separate insurance may be purchased.


1. Restricted and prohibited shipments

The sender agrees that all shipments delivered by him are transportable.

The following items will not be accepted:

1) Hazardous articles, dangerous articles, prohibited or restricted articles as defined by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), international Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other relevant government departments or organizations (restricted articles: Batteries, articles containing batteries, medicines for urgent medical or scientific use, sports use, live animals, non-conforming magnetic articles, perishables, radioactive articles, vaccines, private or official seals, etc.).

2) Items that we believe cannot be transported safely and legally (including but not limited to: Fake and shoddy goods, Spray containers, alcoholic liquid, asbestos, butane lighter, medical waste, toxic substances, corrosion substances, food, tea, cash, check, counterfeit money, medicine, dry ice, flammable and explosive, pornographic materials, more than the standard magnetic objects, oxides and organic peroxides, weapons, solubility, animals, paints and coatings, bearer notes in negotiable instruments, precious metal and mineral Stones, firearms, human bodies, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs and other items prohibited by local law).

Second, check the

We reserve the right to sample and open the package for inspection without prior notice to the senders. If any restricted or prohibited items are found, we will detain all the packages on that day without shipment processing. The goods will be detained for one week and returned to the sender, and the sender will pay us a contraband inspection fee of RMB 50 / time. If the shipment involves illegal civil or criminal liability, our company has the right to hand over the shipment to the political and legal authorities for handling, and investigate the sender's corresponding legal civil or criminal liability.

Delivery and non-delivery

The sender is ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the addressee. Instead of sending the item to a PO BOX or only to a postal code, the item will be delivered to the addressee address provided by the sender (the first recipient of the item in postal delivery shall be deemed to be the addressee), but not necessarily directly to the addressee. If the addressee address has a central receiving point, the shipment will be dispatched to that point.

Under any of the following circumstances, we will handle the shipment as requested by the sender in a reasonable manner, and any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the sender:

1) The recipient refuses to accept the shipment or pay the tax;

2) The shipment is deemed unacceptable;

3) The customs considers that the customs clearance information of the sender is inconsistent with the actual goods (if the customs requires the sender to provide the real customs clearance information stamped by the sender, the sender shall cooperate with the Customs on its own);

4) The recipient cannot be identified or located.

If the shipper fails to provide timely disposal advice or the government of the destination country fails to accept the shipper's disposal advice, we have the right to abandon the shipment without any legal civil or criminal liability to the shipper or others.

Four, freight

The freight announced on our website does not include remote fee and additional fees related to special products and special packaging. Part of the freight shall be calculated according to the higher of the actual weight or volume calculation standard of the goods. Our company can re-weigh and measure any goods to confirm the calculated data. The sender shall pay or refund to us all freight charges, surcharges, storage charges, customs duties and other taxes collected by us or incurred on behalf of the sender, recipient and any third party in connection with the transportation services (additional charges may not be known in advance for some express services and the final charges are subject to the carrier's bill); In the event that the shipment is not deliverable under the conditions described in Clause 3 of this Article, we shall be paid all costs related to return freight, import charges, compensation, damages, fines and other expenses incurred thereby.

5. Return of goods

1) Consignments entrusted by senders to be transported by our company shall be returned to the domestic operation center by our company after confirmation by both parties if any of the reasons mentioned in Article 3 "Delivery or non-delivery" occurs.

2) Our company does not make time commitment for the return of the goods required by the sender, and the specific notification time of our company shall prevail.

3) Our company can provide 7 days free storage service for the shipper's stranded goods due to any reason. Within 7 days, our company will contact the shipper by phone or email to ask for handling suggestions; After 7 days, we will charge the shipper the related fees according to the way of warehousing business. If the sender still does not give any advice after 6 months, our company has the right to destroy it if necessary.

Vi. Responsibilities of our company

Our liability to senders under this clause is limited to direct losses and does not exceed the limits as stated in the terms of each mode of transport. Because the sender can be special risks insured the goods in advance, our company does not undertake any other loss or damage (including but not limited to profits, income, interest and future business losses), regardless of the other is special or indirect losses or damages, whether we in to accept the goods before or after know there is the risk of loss or damage. Only one claim can be made per shipment and such claim shall be the full and final settlement of the loss and damage. If the shipper considers that the provisions of this article regarding compensation will not be sufficient to compensate him for his loss, he shall insure the value of the goods himself, otherwise the shipper shall be liable for all risks of loss and damage.

Seven, goods inquiry

Senders may apply to our company for enquiry in case of any of the following conditions:

1) Goods do not display online tracking information according to normal handling time limit;

2) The goods are not successfully delivered beyond the promised time limit of the selected mode of transport;

3) The delivery of the goods is displayed on the website corresponding to the selected mode of shipment, and the recipient responds that the package has not been received (except EUEXP, the Special line between China and Europe);

4) The consignee reports that the goods are damaged, reduced and inconsistent with the goods dispatched;

5) Incur unknown expenses.

The shipper shall ensure the detailed and accurate information of the goods when delivering the goods, and shall provide the relevant information of the goods when inquiring. If the information of the goods at the time of delivery is inconsistent with the information at the time of inquiring, or the information of the goods submitted by the sender does not meet the inquiring conditions, the shipper shall bear all losses and responsibilities. Due to the limitation of time, space and transit links in international transportation, the inquiry period varies in different countries and different modes of transportation. Therefore, we will make reasonable efforts to query the goods for senders, but will not be responsible for the carrier's delayed reply.

Eight, the claim

Any claim must be made after the end of our enquiry period for each shipment mode.

1) Internal loss of our company

We will be responsible for the loss of the goods in case of any loss of the goods. The amount of liability shall be based on the declared value entered by the sender in our system or the actual value of the product (i.e. the purchase certificate and invoice provided by the sender, etc.), whichever is the lower. The maximum compensation for a single parcel is us $100.

2) Carrier loss

After shipment from our company, the carrier will provide relevant handover documents. If the shipment is lost, the liability lies with the carrier. We will assist the customer to claim compensation from the carrier, the amount of claim shall be based on the compensation provisions of each freight mode.

3) Due to our company's operation, the goods were sent to the wrong address

4) Loss of postal parcels due to spot checks by customs

Ix. Transportation delays

The delivery time announced by our company's website is from the operation record in the corresponding query website to the time when the goods arrive, but does not include the time of our company's pick up, sorting time in the sorting center and customs clearance time. These standards are not part of the commitment and do not form part of the agreement. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay in shipment.

10. Irresistible factors

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by causes beyond the carrier's control. These causes include but are not limited to: natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, storms, floods, fog, etc.; Force majeure such as war, air disaster or embargo; Defects or characteristics inherent in the shipment (whether we are aware of them or not); Riot or civil disorder; Acts or omissions of persons who are not our employees or have no contractual relationship with us, such as senders, consignees, third parties, customs or other government departments; Labour incidents; Electromagnetic damage or deletion of electronic audio/video pictures, data or records.

Shipper's warranty and liability

The sender shall bear all costs and indemnify us for any loss or damage caused by any breach of applicable laws and regulations or any breach of the following warranties and representations:

1) All information provided by the sender or his agent must be complete and accurate;

2) The goods are prepared by the senders or their employees under the premise of safety;

3) The person who prepares the goods for the sender is reliable;

4) The sender shall ensure that we are free from undue interference by others during the preparation, storage or transportation of the goods;

5) All labels of the goods are complete and accurate, the address is clear, and the package is proper, which is suitable for safe transportation with general attention;

6) Comply with relevant customs and import and export regulations, as well as other laws and regulations.

Xii. Route

Senders accept all routes and detours arranged by carriers, including possible transit points.

Xiii. Account audit and certification

Senders are required to provide true and valid information to authenticate and activate their accounts before using our services. Only after the account is activated can you enjoy the services provided by our company. Please refer to our Account Activation Instructions for details.

Application of law and Dispute resolution

In consideration of our interests, all disputes in connection with this clause shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country of origin, subject to the laws of the country of origin and irrevocably accepted by the sender, except for conflicts of applicable law.

15. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this provision shall not affect the validity and enforcement of other provisions.
